The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards saw Beyonce and Miley Cyrus taking home the big awards. Video of the Year went to Miley’s “Wrecking Ball”, which won out to Beyonce’s “Drunk in Love”, and Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” among others. Beyonce’s music took home four moon men, including the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Despite all her nominations (including being nominated twice in some categories), Iggy Azalea failed to take home a VMA of her own, but managing to snag the award for Best Pop Video on Ariana Grande’s “Problem”, on which she is featured.
