K-Popboy group A.C.E. (Adventure Calling Emotions) has released their latest single — ‘Just Better’ — with a catchy lyric video featuring footage of the recording sessions for the track. The boy band, which is on the Korean Beat Interactive and Swing Entertainment label, debuted back in 2017 with the single ‘Cactus’ and grew in popularity by covering other popular K-pop artists like BTS, BLACKPINK, and EXO.
‘Just Better’ is a romantic all-English track that sees the group singing about finding a lover who is already in a relationship — and promising that they can be “like a boyfriend, just better”. It’s an incredibly catchy track that resonates on the first listen, with its swelling chorus that adds a unique blend of pop/rock to the otherwise glittering K-Pop ensemble.
Genja (PAPERMAKER) and Jacob Aaron have writing credits for ‘Just Better’, and fans of other K-Pop groups including ENHYPEN, NMIXX, ATEEZ, King Daniel as well as EXO and Kai will enjoy Aaron’s work on the new A.C.E. track. ‘Just Better’ feels right at home with the best tracks from the other artists Aaron has worked with, while also feeling like a fresh track that captures the dog days of summer as they wind down and fall gets into full swing.
