Ariana Grande released a music video for ‘Santa Tell Me’ on Friday as an early holiday present to her fans, complete with a blooper reel. Ariana has been quite busy for the holidays, performing around the U.S. at various Jingle Balls. The music video for the track is an over the top Christmas extravaganza (as expected.) However, in all its Christmas revelry, the video seems more like an assortment of Tumblr gifs waiting to happen rather than a sleek and professional effort, but hey – it’s a Christmas video she didn’t have to release and made just for her fans. Ariana and friends cavort around in typical hipster holiday attire from ugly sweaters to onesies and furry hats. As cheesy as the video may be, the song itself is quite good. It may be far from a Christmas classic, but ‘Santa Tell Me’ brings us a fun and festive Ariana Grande. Pretty hard to say no to that, Santa!
