Gwen Stefani’s latest music video from This Is What The Truth Feels Like, “Misery”, was released today. The song is the album’s opener, and finds Gwen lamenting over love lost and regretting still being attached to her ex. In the music video, Gwen is back to the height of her status as a fashionista; she looks divine in an array of couture outfits, even donning a black wig — although she looks best and most comfortable with her signature platinum locks. The radio-friendly track benefits greatly from the strong visual — without it, “Misery” feels a bit generic and formulaic, but the inspired music video breathes new life into the track and makes it a memorable offering from Stefani.
